Ordering & delivery
How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order in our Rathcoole workshop. Please allow 5–7 days from order. Custom sizes and non-standard colours may take a little longer. We'll confirm timings when you order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. You can also collect from our workshop in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.
How much is delivery?
You choose on the product page: Collection (free), Delivery (+€50) or Delivery & Fitting (+€149). The price you see includes your choice, and there's no extra shipping charge at checkout.
Do I need to assemble it myself?
If you choose Collection or Delivery, some assembly is required. If you'd rather not, choose Delivery & Fitting and our team will deliver, assemble and install it for you.

What are your products made from?
Galvanised steel with a durable powder-coated finish, built to stand up to Irish weather.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes – our powder-coated finish comes with a 15-year coating guarantee.
What colours are available?
Our standard colours are Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), White (RAL 9001) and Moss Green (RAL 6005). Other RAL colours are available on request – just contact us.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Every installation is different, so if our standard sizes don't suit your space, we can make to measure. Contact us with your measurements for a quote.
Will a cover affect my heat pump?
Heat pumps need good airflow around them to work efficiently. Before ordering, please check your heat pump manufacturer's recommended clearances and make sure the cover size you choose leaves enough space around the unit. If you're unsure, send us your unit's make and model and we'll help you choose.
Which wheelie bins do your bin stores fit?
Our B Series bin stores are designed for standard 240L wheelie bins, in 2-bin and 3-bin sizes. They need to be installed on a level, flat surface.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Standard products can be returned within 30 days if unused and not installed. Custom sizes and non-standard colours are made specifically for you and can't be returned unless faulty. See our refund policy for full details.
